Customers and distributors must reach out to the distributor or Company from whom the product was purchased within 30 days of the purchase date. They are required to provide a reason for the return and send back the products along with a copy of the original customer order receipt or invoice. In these instances, it is the distributor&#8217;s or customer&#8217;s responsibility to fulfill the customer&#8217;s request for a refund or product replacement.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-95c0ad4 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"95c0ad4\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5c1c5d3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5c1c5d3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Customers and distributor may subsequently return these products along with the original invoice to the Company. The Company will replace these products at no charge, or if the distributor prefers not to receive the same items, the Company will issue a cash voucher for the equivalent amount.
