AGASTHEEWARA’s Customer Product Refund Policy

We are committed to the quality of AGASTHEEWARA’s products.

AGASTHEEWARA’s is dedicated to ensuring the quality of its products and guarantees your satisfaction.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product within 30 days of purchase for a refund in accordance with the Returns Policy. The refund policy applies solely to products that are in marketable condition, as well as partially used products (30%) that are accompanied by an invoice. This policy does not extend to products that have been deliberately damaged or misused.

AGASTHEEWARA’s Business Owner/PC may return products within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:

*Marketable
**Unmarketable

*Marketable refers to products that are unopened, unused, not expired, and not seasonal, discontinued, or special promotional products and/or services.
**Unmarketable refers to products that have been partially used (30%).

Reference Notes:

The return period for products is calculated as the number of days from the Invoice Date to the date of receipt at the AGASTHEEWARA’s Office.
The product may be classified as ‘marketable’ or ‘unmarketable’ based on the evaluation of the returned stock.
