CANCELALTION & REFUND POLICY

In the event of any dissatisfaction, manufacturing defects, or packaging issues, customers and distributors are entitled to return or exchange the product. Customers and distributors must reach out to the distributor or Company from whom the product was purchased within 30 days of the purchase date. They are required to provide a reason for the return and send back the products along with a copy of the original customer order receipt or invoice. In these instances, it is the distributor’s or customer’s responsibility to fulfill the customer’s request for a refund or product replacement.

The Customers and distributor may subsequently return these products along with the original invoice to the Company. The Company will replace these products at no charge, or if the distributor prefers not to receive the same items, the Company will issue a cash voucher for the equivalent amount. This voucher can be utilized by the distributor within 30 days for the purchase of products of their selection.

If a distributor resigns within 30 days of purchasing the products, Agastheeswarar Health & Wellness Pvt Ltd, will issue a full refund for the products to the distributor after deducting any bonuses paid (if applicable) and reversing the PV on the products (if applicable).

The Buy Back Policy aims to create an obligation for both the sponsor and the Company to ensure that the distributor makes informed purchasing decisions.
